Perform the following improvements at Bijou Community School:
* Construct approximately 120 lineal feet of 1' high planter boxes in front of the school building entrance. A garden grant obtained by the school will purchase materials, and grant terms require students to perform the plantings.
* Perform general Spring cleanup of school grounds and parking areas.
* Remove and replace deteriorated posts supporting the Bijou Community School sign.
