Rotary Camp Enterprise, in its 35th year, is a three-day workshop based upon a program developed by the American Management Association which gives students a hands-on introduction to the free enterprise system. Approximately 80 high school juniors are chosen from over 10,000 students in San Diego County to learn team-building, leadership and motivational skills through the planning of a real business facilitated by supportive panels, presentations and group discussions.
