Clubs of District 3291 are furthering RI's BLINDNESS PREVENTION Program and have applied for 14 TRF M/G projects of 1000 Intra Ocular Lens implant surgeries @ US 20/- each (Total value appro US$ 280,000/-) with the participation as International Partners RC Guildford & many other Clubs of RID 1250 UK.
