A team of 16 Rotarians Doctors from RID 3240 & 3291 traveled to Auchi, Nigeria as Rotary Volunteers. They served for three weeks. They provided Medical attention & care to over 4000 needy people. During their visit they identified the need of an Eye Hospital. The govt of Nigeria has agreed to provide covered space at the Central Hospital and also designate & employ doctors & para medical staff for training in India to run facility. The project is to provide equipment & Train Doctors & staff. The total cost of project is US$ 56,275/-. RC Guildford - RID 1250 UK will also contribute both financially & technically.
