Removed Graffiti and painted the exterior of a bathroom at the local park known as the "water park" or the Maria B. Freitas Park. With the help of the Terra Linda High School Interact Club 21 of us removed graffiti off a fence and in the tunnel by painting over it which will allow the park and recreation workers to simply paint the same color in the area. We had a wonderful BBQ after the work was completed. The project was done with the City of San Rafael Park and Rec and the Volunteer Organization of San Rafael (another dept of the City). We paid for some of the supplies and tools as well as refreshments.
The City was very pleased with the end result and we have plans to work with them again in the future.
