Our club members will staff, as volunteers, two deep fry asparagus lines for both the morning and afternoon shifts over a three day weekend, the middle day of which is Saturday, 4/24/10. We also obtain additional volunteers from the community to assist us.
Dozens of non-profit organizations participate in multiple activities during the three day festival in order to raise funds for their respective groups. Our club raised almost $3,000 last year.
