JOIN VOLUNTEERS & ROTARIANS from the Rotary Club of the University District Seattle and the Rotary Club of Tukwila.
Remodel the new Kids Without Borders South Operation Center. The center serves families and kids in need through out the Puget Sound Region.
Here is a list of the "TO DO" items for the day:
*scrape paint
*sweep site
*paint walls and ceiling
*install washer and dryer
*move stuff out of the back storage
*remove old carpet
*haul carpet to dump truck
*set up tables for folding/sorting area
*remove wallpaper and paint women's restroom
*fix up restrooms
*replace sinks
*painting
*prep and finish drywall
*install trim
*sort clothes
*set up more shelving
*build shelves for shoes
*haul away pool table
ACCEPT DONATION OF:
*clothe hangers
*shelving
*plastic crates for storing
*white Costco kitchen bags
*packages of socks and underwear
*children's clothing, of course!
