We do this derby each year in coordination with the city of Maple Valley and the Maple Valley-Black Diamond chamber of commerce. The Rotary cooks breakfest for over a thousand fisherman and citizens at the park. We also help out with the whole event. This includes setting up camping the only day of the year and fishing pen for kids and prizes. It is called by the state , the best fishing derby all year. Community Service Chair- Bill VanRuff
